    Default Exp. Recovery

Recovery y Sales Tax. "

    it would be something like:

We would appreciate if you could send us the invoice of October including the following items: Rent Base, Exp. Recovery and Sales Tax.

    and

Also we would like to know how can we formally return the key of the office since, as you know, it has been kept by the building superintendent since March.

is this ok? what does Exp. Recovery mean?

Hmmm... not sure what the context is exactly but maybe Exp. Recovery is talking about the recovery of expenses?

expense recovery, in accounting terms, is the cost of a collection service for an unpaid debt.
