    is there any other way to say "rendicion de gastos" rather than justify expenses?

    I've seen it translated as "Expense Report".
    However, its my obligation to warn you that it is not my area. Maybe you can try posting in the En-Sp Financial Translation Forum to get help from people specialized in the area.

    No se puede precisar con exactitud por la falta de contexto, pero a primera vista pareciera que rendir gastos o cuentas es un expense report en el cual se detallan los gastos incurridos con la finalidad de obtener un reembolso. Una expense account sugiere una cuenta de [para] gastos que se abre con la finalidad de que cubra los gastos que puedan ser incurridos por un empleado, funcionario, etc.

    Muchas gracias por tu colaboracion!!!
    El contexto es el siguiente: un empleado viaja a Irlanda. La empresa le da dinero para sus gastos, viajes, almuerzos, etc. Cuando el regresa tiene que presentar la "rendición de cuentas/gastos", vale decir los recibos.
    "EXPENSE ACCOUNTS" la definición de acuerdo al diccionario OXFORD ADVANCED LEARNER'S COMPASS es la siguiente:

    "an arrangement by which money spent by sb while they are at work is later paid back to them by their employer; a record of money spent in this way"
    Si bien el dinero le es dado antes, finalmente es lo mismo, "A RECORD OF MONEY SPENT IN THIS WAY"
    Por otro lado EXPENSE RECORD da la idea completa de lo que escribo arriba. Pero no lo he encontrado en ningún lado asì.
    ¿Que opinas?

    La expresion correct es 'expense report'
