Regulatory/Payer
Hola, estoy traduciendo un artículo sobre fibrilación auricular y hay una frase que no logro traducir pues no sé el sentido de dos términos. La frase es la siguiente:
If these guidelines are used as the basis for regulatory/payer decisions, the ultimate goal is quality of care and serving the patient’s best interests. Por lo que he encontrado, parece ser que "Regulatory" y "Payer" se refieren a sistemas de administración de la medicina o a la relación legal y económica entre médicos, organizaciones de salud y pacientes. Sin embargo, no me queda completamente claro. Espero que alguien conozca los conceptos y pueda aclararme su sentido. Gracias Diego |
