Means:
"I'll see you tomorrow at your office, and I'll better have a cup of water, because it's getting scalding!"
(Caloron = Very hot, almost burning,)
That I know of, in latin america, there are a lot of gestures with hands and eyes that can put a double entendre(or meaning).
In this case in particular it depends in if it's referring to Hot in your office as "there is someone hot in there" or "there is drama in your office"
It needs more context for an appropriate understanding.
