try to help customer, but cannot understand

Please help,
I'm trying to help a customer and don't know how to communicate in spanish:

He was sent a product and not sure if he received it or not but keep getting the same email back over and over again:

I guess he hasn't received it yet. His Spanish is not good, but the e-mail says:
"I want to know what's going to happen with my order/purchase, please let me know or send my money back"
