How to clean up Translation Memories?

Hi,

I am trying to clean my English >> Spanish TM (.tbx), and am trying to find softwares that could assist me.
The main problem I'm facing, is that I find spanish text in the english column, and vice-versa (english in the spanish column).

I was wondering if there was any software capable of recognizing the segments where source+target languages are not respected.
