Where does the use of commas in GERMAN come from?

I just saw this german translation:
Help for Patients to Pay Hospital Care Costs >> Hilfe für Patienten, um stationäre Pflegekosten zu bezahlen

The english title has no comma, I dont understand why the german translation should have one.
Is this translation OK? Or is too "creative", and should be more "litteral"? Would you recommend another option?

The use of commas is tricky in German. Here you have an example of commas separating a main clause from a subordinate clause. And this is a complex example too. I'd ask a proficient speaker to check it.

I understand...But do you know if creating such clauses in the translation is necesary in this context? By this I mean, isn't there any way to be more litteral ? Or is it mandatory to have the order and grammar modified in German?

You can't be more litteral because it may be wrong. A good translation reflects the target language uses ;)
