Does anybody know what's the title frame when talking about dubbing? A client claimed the title frame was missing.
I suspect it means the title needs to be dubbed as well.

Was there some sort of introduction shot with the title of the video?
It could mean that the title either wasn't in the correct position, that it hadn't been translated on the screen (either fully replaced or with subtitles) or that it wasn't vocalized. It can mean many things really.
I believe the best alternative is to ask them :)
Yeah, I would also think that the title needs to be translated.

Not necessarily. Some titles get translated, some other explained and others, yet, remain in English.
But again, it always comes down to the same thing - what the client wants ;)
