About my telephone, nothing happened and it was never turned off, only that you know that it is not very good. Like you're going to think that I am going to pay for not talking to you and watch television. When I go to do that I will tell you.
Today I wrote to Steve and he tells that he does not know yet if he can come. It would he good if he was coming but if not he promised me that you will come by yourself.
The other day when you called me ... having trouble with the rest ... can any one help?
Re: Is my translation correct ... thanks
I'm not the one to do this, but I'll give it a shot:
The other day when I called you, I left because I got an urge to talk with you. It was good to catch you at home working. I didn't think you'd be there.

como vas a pensar que yo lo voy a pagar para no hablar con tigo y ver televisor
how would you think I would turn it off so as not to talk to you and watch TV?
the problem was in the Spanish. it should have been "que yo lo voy a apagar"
