do not understand this sentence
-as a matter of fact,
I've taken quite a lot off you.
-Not even remotely
what you've deserved.
If you don't know how to translate this into spanish. Please try to explain it with other words. The off I believe is with two f's, not one. Take off can be imitate but the film is american and the answer does not add much meaning.
Thanks a lot.
Re: do not understand this sentence
It depends on context.
It might mean
-In fact, I've taken a lot of abuse from you. (The obnoxious behavior comes off of you and over to me.)
-Not nearly what you deserve.
Re: do not understand this sentence
Thanks Mariaklec, your answer is what I understand now, and that is what makes sense to me.
