Yes, Sandra. In Argentina, for instance, we don't use the word "sellos" for "stamps" (may lead to confusion). However, the phrase "con el sello de correos" that you suggested is perfectly understood and sounds perfect as well.

El franqueo(ver DRAE, franquicia es una clase de exención) postal pre-pago (o pagado), es esa impresión que llevan los sobres y que indica que no es necesario colocar un sello de correo (o estampilla) puesto que el costo de porte de debitará de la cuenta a la que refiere esa leyenda. Si lo que se desea es ofrecer el envío de un sobre (pre-) estampillado con la dirección del destinatario (no remitente) ya escrita, se puede decir así para la Argentina y otros países, y en un sentido más general poner "puedo enviarle un sobre con los sellos (postales) ya adheridos y con la dirección del destinatario (o "nuestra dirección") ya impresa/escrita"
