I can't find a translation in Spanish for "city-breakers"
can you help me? what is it exactly?
This is the text, can you help me with the translation? thank u!
Time Out publishes an inspired new guide this week that takes on the credit crunch for London city-breakers, offering fun activities for under a tenner. Here are 10 of our favourites:
GO FALCON-WATCHING ON THE SOUTH BANK
HAVE COCKTAILS
SINK (INTO A STEAM ROOM) OR SWIM AT IRONMONGER ROW BATHS

Re: help me please
Isn't a "city break" taking one or two days off to clear your mind from city stuff? Maybe city breakers are people who like to take a city break...
Does it fit the context?

Re: help me please
It's kind of difficult to find an exact translation for those words but I would say something like
there may be other options, hope it helps anyway.

Re: help me please
I agree with Sandra. In Argentina we also say: "para aquellos que quieran hacerse una escapada a..."
If this expression is used in other Latin-American countries or Spain, then this could be another choice. :-)

Re: help me please
That's right, in Argentina we use "escapada" for city break.
How did you write the rest of the title? Maybe saying something like "para los que quieran escaparse de Londres" or something kind of catchy.

Re: help me please
Hi there!
I frankly think the idea is the opposite
To take a city break means to go and spend a few days in a particular city.
So in this case, it refers to activities in London..
:) the best

Re: help me please
