Me supongo, qeu es el nombre con el que dicho individuo queda registrado en el juzgado. No siempre se pone todos los apellidos, nombres, me supongo.
Veamos, miraré si lo encuentro.

..el nombre indicado/asignado al recluso por el tribunal en la orden de confinamiento
"Commitment" en este contexto se refiere a la orden de confinamiento o reclusión.
