And it says "hereby"... as well.
Mauricio, I saw another one of your posts trying to translate Licenciado en Sistemas. I am one myself
, and I was able to live and work with my title for over 18 years in California.
If you have any special issues, technical lingo concerns, please let me know. Specially if you need to write your resume, it is a little intimidating if you don't know the current "buzz words".
