When patients are being admitted to the hospital, 2 questions I need to ask them are:
- Do you have a PCP, or "Primary Care Physician"? (Family doctor)
- Did you have a "Referring Physician"? (Was there a doctor who sent you to this hospital?)
Can someone help me with these 2 expressions please?
