Which is the best dictionary you used to translate colloquial or familiar health issues from spanish into english? I mean, those simple things that you explain to the doctor like a "rush" in your arm....
When you have a "rash" in your arm, you "rush" to the doctor :D :D :D

This one is fairly good.
I have to admit I've seen such terrible translations out there. In one glossary the sentence "You have an infection" was translated as "Tiene diabetes". Obviously this was a typo, but...oh my God!! :eek:
If you need something more specific I recomend
Eng to Spa
Omg!
"You have an infection" = "Tiene diabetes"
