Spell Check en PDFs?

Guys
I have tons of PDFs to do a Final QA.
Do you know if there's any tool that works as a spell checker but directly onto the PDFs?

I need to save time. And having to convert the PDFs to MS Word would take me a lot of time...

any ideas?
