Need some urgent help!

Hi, I don't know if this is the right forum to post this, but here it goes. I'm translating an animated shortcut named "Requiem for Romance" in order to put spanish subtitles on it to show it on a festival, but I just can't figure out two words, just those two words and it's driving me crazy. Can anyone please help me and listen to what the male character is saying at 4:47 when he says "It's so depressing and they always use (?) for everything."

If someone could please help me I would thank you forever.
