Great Cracking Lady! Glad you liked the post! It was such a relief for me to read this because my grandma used to complaint about my cracking fingers arguing it gave me arthritis!

There a great movie that has a scene when the dad explains those lies we've been told as children:
Son: If I keep making this face... will it get stuck that way?
Father: Never. And some people make a very good living that way.
Son: Is it true that beauty is on the inside?
Father: that's just something ugly people say.
