Spanish Language Cover Versions of English and American Pop Songs
Since March 2009, I have operated TheSpanishVersion.Org, an Internet based radio station that plays spanish cover songs. Please share you favorite Spanish language cover song. I will start:
Coco Freeman took a risk with his cover of Franz Ferdinand’s, “Dark of the Matinee.” He went “full” Spanish, and came up with something both familiar and new.
Jorge Moreno's, "Rezo Por Ti" which is a cover of Jaron and the Long Road to Love's, "I Pray for You"
I thought Beyonce's Spanish language album was pretty good.
Going back a few years, I still love Sonya's "En Mi Nube", a cover the Rolling Stone's "Get off of My Cloud".
Charly Garcia's, "El Peso", a cover of the Band's classic, "The Weight"
Los Joao do a great cover of DeBarge's "Rhythm of the Night" entitled...you guessed it "El Ritmo de la Noche"
So what are some of the Spanish Language Covers that you like?

I don't recall Beyonce's Spanish album, could you bring up a song?
How about Christina Aguilera's Spanish record, "Mi reflejo" was it?
This is a fun post, thanks!

Irreemplazable (Irreplaceable) If I Were A Boy (Si Fuera Un Chico)
Check out Disc 2 of Beyonce's Album "B'Day Deluxe Edition" for more. BTW...she looks smoking hot on the album cover.

There is a hilarious cover of the Stone's Paint It Black by Azucar Moreno, still it is worth listening to it. My favourite is Molotov's cover of Rock Me Amadeus. No significant lyrics, but the band stamps its mark, and that's what song covers should be about.
