Does abbreviation on a Venezuelan birth certificate "(Fdo.)" mean 'signed"?

I'm working on a Venezuelan birth certificate English translation and came accross abbreviation "(Fdo.)". I'ts at end of text parragraph, where lists who is signing (i.e. "La Secretaria (Fdo.), Testigos (Fdo.)". Is it the abbreviation for "firmado"? Thanks in advance.

Yes, I found that meaning in an online dictionary.

"Fdo." generally means "firmado" but I also found it may be used as an abreviation of finado (difunto) in some papers. I don't think this is the case anyway.
