Please help me understand the word "iva"
"Iva" was used in this sentence, and I have no idea what it means. Can you help? I understand everything else, but I cannot find a translation for "iva". Sorry for missing accents.
(Assembly is a department name)
"Iva" also was used in this sentence.
Thank you for your help.
UPDATED: I'm now thinking it is the word "iba". But if there is a word "iva', I'd like to know. Thanks.
Re: Please help me understand the word "iva"
That's a misspelling, and that's why you don't find it in any dictionary. It should be 'iba'.
So, it means: he was going, I was going, etc.
