Ok, I'm not from Chile, so I'm not familiar with their "slang", but from the context, what I could understand was that he said that he liked her (Juan Antonio says: pero me gustai mas tu! ), and she said she didn'g believe anything he said, that she wasn't interested, and then she kind of blew him off, and he got mad and called her a drunk...
I'm sorry I can't translate every word but basically, that's what happened here...
