Actividad ésta donde se introdujo con pasos muy firmes y para la cual diseñó e implementó un nuevo estilo de gerencia que nos distingue dentro de esa actividad, y que ha conformado una nueva cultura corporativa para la empresa.


XX has stepped strongly into this new line of business having implemented a well-designed new style of management that makes the Company to be distinguishable in such an activity and that has constituted a new corporate culture within the Company.


XX es una empresa que ha sabido balancear muy bien la solidez que le otorga su amplia trayectoria en el ámbito de las grandes empesas del país, con el profesionalismo y la proyección que le han incorporado nuevos socios y la creatividad que le imprimen jóvenes profesionales.

Mi problema es no alcanzo a comprenderlo completamente, pero si la actividad tiene su propia gerencia nueva, debe ser una sección nueva de la empresa - ¿no? A mi me parece, en inglés, la palabra sería division.

We are distinguished by a new style of management designed, implemented, and forcefully introduced especially for this division, steps that have created a new corporate culture for the company.

Gernt, You are right in your "apreciación" (appreciation ?) with respect to the second paragraph and it is perfect for me. Thank you !

With respect to the last paragrah, the idea is to say that the strengths of the company have been/are complemented (enriched/enhanced ?) with (from?) the professionalism that the new partners have exerted/applied ??? and the creativity imparted by young professionals. HELP. Helsinki

En realidad, el idioma de vender es no más que una cadena de palabras floridas.

Bien, si puedo añadir pocas palabras y un punto, una forma posible puede ser:

XX is a company that has always known how to balance the strengths that powered its remarkable trajectory through the arena of the great organizations of the country. These include the professionalism and renown conveyed by new partners and the creativity imparted by young professionals.


Los maestros de inglés no les gustan oraciones largas, pero aparentemente son comunes en escrituras comerciales en español.
