Hi can someone please help me translate this please!!!!!!!

Its me again the attached file is in winzip because it was in word but it was 26kb and the limit is 19kb but if it wont extract you can go to winzipcom and download the evaluation copy I really appreate anybodt;s time willing to do this but it is very import to me.
