¿Alguien podría decirme cómo se traduce "fe de erratas" al inglés? La verdad nunca se me había ocurrido y no estoy seguro de haberlo visto alguna vez, y hoy que me preguntan cómo se dice no supe qué contestar.

In newspapers and magazines here they just have a "Corrections" column. Very simple but that's the only title I've ever seen.
In the event of a serious misstatement involving somebody's reputation or business matters they also publish a "retraction" of the erroneous information in order to avoid a lawsuit. But incidental and accidental errors are corrected in the Corrections column.
Here is what we cab see in The Chicago Manual of Style
1.107 Format and placement
Lists of errors and their corrections may take the form of loose, inserted sheets or bound-in pages. An errata sheet should never be supplied to correct simple typographical errors (which may be corrected in a later printing) or to insert additions to, or revisions of, the printed text (which should wait for the next edition of the book). It should be used only in extreme cases where errors severe enough to cause misunderstanding are detected too late to correct in the normal way but before the finished book is distributed. Then the errors, with their locations and their corrections, may be listed on a sheet that is laid in loose, usually inside the front cover. (The sheet must be inserted by hand, adding considerably to the cost of the book.) If the corrected material can be pasted over the incorrect material, it should be printed on adhesive paper. The following form may be adapted to suit the particulars:

Acknowledgments of reviewers, announcements of awards or conferences, calls for papers, and errata are published periodically in the preliminary pages or at the end of a journal issue. If the issue is a supplement or special issue on a single topic, perhaps representing the proceedings of a conference or symposium, the issue may begin with a title page that contains the title of the supplement, the name(s) of any guest editor(s), information about the source of the articles (perhaps a conference or symposium), and sponsorship information, if any.

Thank you all for your help. Your information has been very helpful and has added a bit to my personal knowledge base.
As a conclusion, I must tell you that I found that errata and corrigenda might be the equivalent to fe de erratas. I was told that errata is often used to indicate all the missprints found in a book prior to its publication, but too late to be corrected before it is published; corrigenda is used to list all the errors made by the author of the book that he/she got aware of only too late.

Errata in the latin was a plural noun but the Spanish definition looks like a singular count noun. In English, errata is used in the plural sense. How does one use errata correctly in a sentence in Spanish?

As you see, it can be used both in the singular (errata) and plural (erratas).
And, yes, errata is a typo.
I believe that "Typos" should be another word you could use
