Pignoise - Te Entiendo Pignoise – I understand you
No quiero perder la razón, I don’t want to lose reason
mirando a cada instante a mi alrededor, looking around me all the time
sabiendo que no llamarás, ni te cruzarás, knowing that you’ll never call, we’ll never meet
que no mirarás, que no vas a estar, you won’t look, you won’t be there
pero es que es tan fácil pensar, but it’s so easy to think
que cierta tarde tonta nos podemos cruzar, that one crazy afternoon we may meet
que tal estás? te veo bien, how are you, you look well
se puede cortar está tarde gris yo me voy a ir, can we cut out that grey afternoon that I go away
y quiero! olvidar todo y empezar de cero, and I want to forget everything and start from zero
tengo! una canción y muy poco dinero, I have a song and very little money
espero! tener la oportunidad para poder demostrar, I hope to have the opportunity to show
que nadie más te cuida y que solo yo, te entiendo. that no one takes better care of you, I understand you.
Puede que no te vuelva a ver, I may not come back to see you
en tres o cuatro años con la vida al revés, in three or four years with some reversals in life
quizás entonces pueda ser, what can then possibly be
otra tarde gris a punto de llover sé que entonces sí, some other grey rainy afternoon I know it will happen
y quiero! and I want
olvidar todo y empezar de cero, to forget everything and start at zero
y tengo! and I have
una canción y muy poco dinero, a song and very little money
espero! I hope
tener la oportunidad para poder demostrar, to have the opportunity to show
que nadie más te cuida y que solo yo, te entiendo. that no one takes better care of you, I understand you.
y quiero! and I want
olvidar todo y empezar de cero, to forget everything and start from zero,
y tengo! I have
una canción y muy poco dinero, a song and very little money
espero! I hope
tener la oportunidad para poder demostrar, to have the opportunity to show
que nadie más te cuida y que solo yo, te entiendo. that no one takes better care of you, I understand you
te entiendo, te entiendo, te entiendo, te entiendo... te entiendo I understand you ...
I am not too sure about :
otra tarde gris a punto de llover sé que entonces sí,
some other grey rainy afternoon I know it will happen
because in the original text it says "se que entonces si" without tilde
anyway that sentence is not quite clear to me...
