"Dirección" in school-related vocabulary.
"Dirección" is a term with which the physical place –namely, the offices– from where people who run schools work. I know an easy equivalent would be "principal's office", but in Mexican Spanish at least, "dirección" denotes a wider space of varied content. It may be limited to the principal's office but it can also encompass a waiting area, the secretary's desk, etc., all within "la dirección". So I was wondering, is there a term in English that comes more closely to this sense of "dirección"? What do you think?

Perhaps "office of administration"; "administrative office"; "school administration"; or simply "administration".
"Administration or Administrative Office means the office where business operations, public relations, and the management procedures take place."
