Fruits
Today in the office we were discussing fruits and one of my associates does not speak Spanish, I found it so hard to translate some fruits to English. Some are easy like apple is manzana y frezas son strawberries but how about the fruits that are not so common like caranbola y guanabana? How would you translate those fruits to English? What is the English terminology for those fruits? And if you can think of others that may seem difficult to translate into English?

Re: Fruits
Never in my entire life I listened about "carambola" and "guanabana". But looking in internet I found that guanabana in English is Soursop and Carambola is called starfruit.

Re: Fruits
Jonatane, are they called something else where you are from?

Re: Fruits
These fruits do not exist in Argentina. I've never seen before either in the supermarket or greengrocer.

Re: Fruits
De dónde son estas frutas? (las de las fotos). Yo también soy de Argentina.
Conozco el "Lychee", de China. Es muy común allá. Incluso hay latitas de ese jugo. Es muy rico.

Re: Fruits
