handheld translating device advice

I'm looking for a language translating device that will translate spanish to english in a streaming fashion.

Many of the translators out there will translate speech to speech, one phrase at a time. You record one thing then press enter and it will translate it.

The sermons at the church I attend with the family I married into are all in spanish and I mainly speak english (Estoy aprendiendo espanol). I'm looking for a device that will translate as it listens, preferably into a set a headphones, for the whole length of the service without me having to stop recording and wait for the device to do its thing every few seconds.

Do you know if realtime translator exists? Or is this kind of technology yet to be developed?
