Re: Please help urgently - what does this mean?
Without context, this is confusing. Some of the verb forms could correspond to he, she, or you (formal), or I in some cases, and it's not necessarily true that they all refer to the same person. Without punctuation (why why why don't people use punctuation?) it's also not always clear if a word is the subject of the preceding or following sentence. It would really help a lot to know if a man or woman wrote this, and about whom. And is there a third person?
I reconstructed it like this (but there are other possibilities):
(Usted) apareció y me perdí entre sus brazos. Yo entregué en* corazón en sus manos. Lo que sentí cuando lo vi es algo que no puedo explicarlo. Eres aquel con el que tanto soñaba. Ella** es el viento bajo mis alas. No hay nada más que me haga falta más que sus besos y su mirada. Love you baby, sooo
You*** appeared and I lost myself in your arms. I put my heart in your hands. What I felt when I saw you is something I can't explain to you. You are what I have dreamed of for so long. She??? is the wind under my wings. There is nothing that I need more than your kisses and a look from you. Love you baby, sooo
*doesn't really make sense but I made a guess
**"ella" clearly refers to a female but previous words like "lo" suggest a man. "Ella" could also be the subject of the previous sentence: You are what SHE dreamed of for so long. YOU/HE/SHE are/is the wind under my wings.
***This could also be he or she. If it is "you" then it is in a form that suggests a formal relationship. There is an informal "you" later in the passage. The writer may have been inconsistent or it could be a reference to someone else.
Re: Please help urgently - what does this mean?
Sounds like a drunken ramble. I could guess:
She appeared and I was lost in her arms. I delivered my heart to her hands. What I felt when I saw it [heart, maybe?] is something that I cannot explain. You are that with him that she dreamed of so much. She is the wind under my wings. There's nothing more I would need than her kisses and her look sooo love you baby
Re: Please help urgently - what does this mean?
I don't like guesswork nor sleuthing work, so this is not my cup of tea. Too much gender confusion for my taste. But, I would have to go with mariaklec on this one. Her analysis makes perfect sense.
If I were to attemp to translate this --which I won't-- I'd probably translate it very literally, not trying to fix a thing, no punctuation nothing. This is most likely taken from an IM chat...

Holly Molly! Full of typos and with that "k" that sounds like texting! Sounds like real "language slaughtering"! :-)
