I think it's not and idiom, he doubled the word for rhyming purposes. "you've done me" could mean so many things, but in this context it would be something like "pudiste conmigo" o "me has vencido" (in the good sense), ya que la siguiente frase dice "I tried to be chill but you're so hot that I melted".
