Can you translate this in Spanish as:
"Todo lo que sube tiene que bajar" ?
I am not sure because I've read that this sentence is technically meant.

Creo que "Todo lo que sube tiene que bajar" se traduce mejor como "What goes up, must come down."
Las opciones que Mariacecilia son excelentes. Yo también eligiría "Todo vuelve en esta vida."
