Por favor a ver si es posible que alguien me tradujera esta frase al castellano. Gracias de antemano:

Yo, mas que "salir del mundo" diria algo como "y si lo dejas".. "Salir del mundo" no suena muy comun, verdad?
Yo diria algo asi:
"Si llegas al mundo sabiendo que eres amado, y si lo dejas aún sabiéndolo, todo lo que ocurre de por medio/entre medio/en el camino se podrá sobrellevar"

Creo que habria que hacerlo mas natural... Digo, uno no suele decir que "entra y sale" del mundo, sino mas bien que "llega y se va", no creen? Suena poco natural decir "entrar al mundo"...

Lo más más natural seria decir:
Si tú naces sabiendo que eres amado y mueres también sabiéndolo, todo lo que ocurra por medio se podrá sobrellevar.
(Michael Jackson era un poco enrevesado).

Por mas que la frase en ingles diga "enter" o "leave", no significa que tengamos que usar la exacta misma palabra, sobre todo si no tiene sentido en la oracion en español... Y, sigo insistiendo, uno no "entra" al mundo!! :D
You are right. My initial choice, "Entrar al mundo," is not the best here. It reminds me of "Entrarle al toro," conveying a sensation of harassment.
That said, the phrase is not grammatically incorrect.
