Song
Hi everyone! I´m working on a translation/adaptation of a song for children from English into Spanish (I call it the "toilet" song). The English lyrics are really simple to understand but highly difficult to translate. Here´s the phrase that is repeated tons of times: "Go potty go"...I know; it´s quite funny! :D
And with more context:
Go potty. Go potty. Go potty, go!
Go potty. Go potty. Go potty, go!
There’s a feeling in your tummy
and it’s time you know.
To go, go potty Go!
Go potty. Go potty. Go potty go!
Go potty. Go potty. Go potty go!
It can happen any time
No matter where you go.
Gotta go. Go potty go.
All suggestions will be really appreaciated!!
Thanks!

Children´s song
Hi Nadia!
I was not very inspired but this might help...Hearing the music is essential to get an idea of the rhythm on words...I just offer a draft possibility...
Cheers! :)
Go potty. Go potty. Go potty, go! = Vamos pele, a la pelela ya!
Go potty. Go potty. Go potty, go! = Vamos pele, a la pelela ya!
There’s a feeling in your tummy = Tu pancita llama y dice
and it’s time you know. = que ya es tiempo.
To go, go potty Go! = A la pele ya!
Go potty. Go potty. Go potty go! = Vamos pele, a la pelela ya!
Go potty. Go potty. Go potty go! = Vamos pele, a la pelela ya!
It can happen any time = No avisa cuando llega
No matter where you go. = no importa dónde estás.
Gotta go. Go potty go. = Debo irme. A la pelela ya!

Hello everyone! I think the translation is quite good! Although I don't know if the word "pelela" is neutral Spanish.

¡¡Gracias por tu aporte, Sabrina!! No había pensado en la palabra "pelela", pero como dice Verónica, tal vez sea una palabra de uso regional. Lo voy a chequear y les cuento.
¡Saludos!
