Is it correct to say this? (I'm very new to Spanish, so I'm guessing there's quite a few errors.)
Siento, todavía no hay ningúna traducción para este página. Espera un día o dos por favor - lo me alegra si quiere volver más adelante.
I can't find in any book how to say "a few days"... Algunos días? Unos días?

lo siento, todavia no existe ninguna traduccion para esta pagina.
seria bien si le gustaria volver en una fecha posterior.

My suggestion would be:
Lo siento/Disculpe, la traducción para está página todavía no está disponible, le agradecería mucho si regresa en un par de días por favor.
"a few days" "Algunos días" "Unos días" That's correct. Also you can say "Pocos días"
