Help booking a hostal room please

Hi there,

I am going to Barcelona in February. I need to send a fax requesting a room reservation to the place where I want to stay. The lady who runs the guesthouse doesn't speak much English, and unfortunately I don't speak any Spanish. If someone could help me by translating the following, I would be very grateful.

I would like to make a room reservation.

I would like to book a twin room for four nights. I would prefer a room with a balcony overlooking the Placa if that is possible.

Check in date is February 20th arriving at about 3pm.

Check out date is February 24th

Please could you confirm my reservation and the total price by faxing this back to ................., or by e-mail to .................. Please could you tell me the total price also.
