Iīm not quite sure I understand what you mean...
in which situation would you say something like that...I mean, itīs none of my business, itīs just to understand the sentence and help you with the translation...
literally, in Spanish would say:
"Thank you for you help on route 58, even though you've betrayed me :)"
"Gracias por tu ayuda en la carretera 58, a pesar de que me hayas traicionado :)"
Folks? what do you think?

I think it's a thanking note with a bit of irony, sarcasm.
So I think your translation is correct, I'd say the same ;)
It's a bit strange, but maybe is intentionally done to create a feeling of... regret, maybe?
