What are these words?

Hi. I'm translating to Spanish this Monty Python record with the English script, but there are some tracks which I don't find their scripts and I don't quite understand them completely.
In this track, could you tell me what words/phrases do they say at 1:06 (The woman in the back), at 2:02 (what the woman says in the background when the man says "Shut up!" and keeps talking), at 2:23 (what the women say until the man shouts "Quiet!") and at 2:45 ("seedy little ... hotel").
