Need Help With Translation

Hi everybody, my name is Lida and I am from Lima, Peru. I am translating a Survey for an American Company. It has 89 statements but I am having trouble with the following words and phrases:

strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, Strongly Disagree.

You do not have a soft side.
You take things as they come.
You let things happen at their own speed.
Also I need help with the Title of these documents:
Equal Employment Opportunity and
Applicant Assessment Survey.
and a paragraph of a legal document:
"I have read and understand the paragraph above".
