I don't know about an exact spanish translation for screenshot. How about screen sample or just sample? It means the same thing. It sounds like you are developing a program, if so, I would use "sample".

Hi Charles. In Venezuela (and in many other countries) the words "click" and "link" have been adopted into the Spanish vocabulary.

I would sugegst the following tarnslation.

"Haga "click" en el "link" que aparece a continuación para desscargar el programa".

En el Microsoft Diccionario de Informático e Internet
se traduce screenshot como "captura de pantalla"

As to the next sentence, I think we have the same problem in Chile. People in general have adopted the English words or a Spanish distortion of them.
Haz click ( o cliquea) is a good example of this


I think it is mostly translators who are using Spanish terms for Computer Science
