Necesito saber si "revolving evaluation" y "preserving evaluation" son términos educativos y su traducción al español o si son sólo una respuesta sin sentido que al autor se le ocurrió poner...

"Revolving evaluation" and "preserving evaluation" once again appear to be incorrect choices and may in fact be made-up nonsense. It will be challenging for you to translate nonsense foils, because they probably don't mean anything in English. You would probably have to translate them literally. So, something like: evaluación giratoria y evaluación conservante.
It's a tricky job because the foils in English have parallel constructions but they may not in Spanish. As far as test construction goes, having someone translate the foils may not be the best way to go. Maybe it would be better to create new foils (which goes beyond the translators realm). Creating new foils might make a better test in Spanish but would invalidate any validity or reliability testing that the original test may have undergone. On the other hand, translating the test probably invalidates any such data anyway.
I don't recognize the terms as teaching or testing terms. In my opinion, the answer to that question is b. On the other hand, a refers to the evaluation of scientific experiments, which leaves c/d as what I referred as distractors in a previous post. c/d are farfetched (or downright crazy) and this will be obvious for someone who has a degree (or experience) in teaching or test design.
I think you can translate the terms "revolving evaluation" y "preserving evaluation" literally as they are supposed to be rejected as good answers by the person taking the test. These tests are usually timed and the items are designed considering that the person should not spend too much time on each question, but rather identify the correct answer very quickly.
