After several searches with no luck I wondered if you could help me with this translation:

Therefore, we hopefully anticipate that you will be placed on probation and be sentenced to an underlying prison sentence.

Here's what I translated with an extra sentence tagged on to put it in context:

Así pues, esperamos con anticipación que lo pongan en el período de prueba y que le den una sentencia subyacente de tiempo en la cárcel. Esta sentencia subyacente sería un tiempo que se puede hacer cumplir si no coopera con el programa del período de prueba.
