In a contract I found the following sentence:
The Representative will execute no agreement on behalf of the Company nor shall it hold itself out as having such authority.
My attempt is:
El representante no firmará ningún acuerdo en nombre de la compañía ni podrá presentarse con tal autoridad.
:confused:
Any other option?

Perhaps representar en lugar de presentarse?:
Representar (among other meanings) = to appear as
But I think I agree with presentarse which = (among other things) to portray himself/itself as

Por ahí, para enfatizar, podrías decir "presentarse ante terceros". ¿Qué les parece? Creo que se transmite la idea... "Presentarse" a secas me parece un tanto amplio, espero no haberme pasado del otro lado ahora. :p
