What's the correct preposition for 'Satisfactory'?

Hi all!

I wanted to know which is the correct preposition for 'Satisfactory.' Is it 'to', 'for', or both? And, if both, what's the difference in usage?

What's your context or intention? I imagine many possible uses for "satisfactory".

I was sending some files to a co-worker after revision and I wanted tosay something like, I hope these are okay for you, meaning I hope you find them satisfactory.

So my question here was if I should say satisfactoy for you/to you =)

I think that your solution is more natural that using just "satisfactory" with a preposition.

"TO" is the correct option according to Oxford :rolleyes:

I think "Are these satisfactory?" is the simplest form; however, if you must use a preposition then I agree with iyuanobi: "to you".

The correct one is "TO"
