No, Sarab, I haven`t read it... but sounds really interesting.
I particularly liked "Small Miracles" by Yitta Halberstam y Judith Leventhal. It's a collection of over sixty stories about remarkable coincidences from everyday life. (This book made me more aware of those coincidences and helped me understand some things about my life)
I also enjoyed Tolkien's books very much, especially the beautiful stories from "The Sylmarillion" and "100 years of solitude" by Gabriel García Marquez. (but they didn't change my life at all. I just liked them)
I agree with you Gabriel... it depends on each other's particular moment. Exactly the same happened to me with Herman Hesse!!!

). They didn't change my life, but now, with the movies I think I'll remember 2000-2010 as the decade of The Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter (no mariacecilia, I'm not kidding
). That's because I met my wife, then I got married and my children were born this decade, and I have enjoyed both books and movies with my family. They are not so philosophical, but they are... exactly, enjoyable.
