Puedo pedir en la facultad un certificado de estudios o de alumno regular si se me es pedido.

Hi gm, pues cualquiera lo diría a la vista de esta frase tan incorrecta e incomprensible en español. Naturalmente deduje que se buscaba una frase correcta en español

Y todo eso sin tener en cuenta que has puesto el mensaje en la sección "English to Spanish"

The Spanish sentence is poorly written and was apparently not written by a native speaker, but this is a good translation for what they apparently meant. I left out the part about being an "estudiante regular" because it sounds a little awkward to include it in English. You can insert it if it is important. But note that "estudiante regular" in Spanish means average student rather than an A or B student, whereas is English it means someone who attends consistently. My guess is that this may have been an English speaker's poor attempt to translate into Spanish and he/she may may have meant the English definition of "regular student".

I can ask for a certificate of completion from the school upon request.

Is there some reason this should not have been allowed on this forum?
