Comment traduirez-vous libellé ? Je l'ai vu avec un produit ou un document bancaire.

I dont think "labeled" would fit here. Maybe "description" or "reference". Do you have more context?

I've read "libellé du produit", "libellé du compte (bancaire)". So, "description" should be clear, right?

Yes, I think description woud be fine. in case "Libellé" refers to a code number, reference would be better.

Yes, "reference" corresponds to this definition from the CNRTL: "Désignation en clair d'une donnée alphanumérique dans un programme ou sur un support de sortie"
