Hi Ali! I think you can if you save it as an exchange memory, the extension is tmx.

See you!!

I have a remark to make concerning a website for translators; it is of a newly creation, his author is Jost Zetzche, an English-German translator, and this is not any advertisiment of its behalf. The website is "[sorry, not allowed]". Check it out. You will be presented with the main differences featuring each of the 13 tools he describes at the site.
Buy the Premium Content. I believe it is worth the trouble($)..

Cheers,
RAUL.

También puedes hacer la conversión con Olifant - es un programa que te deja convertir, combinar y editar memorias de traducción.

Ali, have you tried it??

So, if you are working in Wordfast, you save the TM as .tmx and then you import this into Trados Workbench....

and can you do the other way around?

From the website: "Olifant is a .NET application that allows you to load or import translation memories in different formats (such as TMX or tab-delimited). You can edit the translation units, their attributes and any other associated data. Olifant allows you to save or export your data in various formats."

Basically, as far as you have a TMX you can use it with any CAT Tool available in the market. I work with translators that work with Trados, OmegaT, Wordfast, etc. We exchange the TM using TMX format, previously cleaning that TMX unsing Olifant.
You can always encounter problems with segmentation rules.
