Basically, as far as you have a TMX you can use it with any CAT Tool available in the market. I work with translators that work with Trados, OmegaT, Wordfast, etc. We exchange the TM using TMX format, previously cleaning that TMX unsing Olifant.
You can always encounter problems with segmentation rules.

Olifant is like a "memory" editor. It helps you use a TM you created or used in Wordfast in Trados, or any other translation sofware..

So, let´s say a translator works in Wordfast, but you need to edit it in Trados, then, you use this "TM editor" so that you get a memory compatible with both Translation Software...
